Fantastic interview published last week in Horizon Magazine, the EU’s research and innovation magazine, featuring our Founder and Chief Scientific Officer, Dr Nora Khaldi.

In the article, Dr Khaldi discusses our exciting work and how we are using AI like a treasure map to find and unlock health-benefiting peptides within everyday foods. She also talks about the importance of prevention in the fight against disease and how our particular EU backed PeptiEUForce project is looking at how peptides can be used in diabetes prevention.
